Shipping Policy

Domestic:

Lancer will dispatch the products once the payment is fully received in its bank account of the Performa invoice provided to the party prior to shipping. The goods will be dispatched through transport or cargo as instructed by the costumer .

International:

Lancer will dispatch the products once the payment is fully received in its bank account of the Performa invoice provided to the party prior to shipping. The goods will be dispatched through EMS or RMS service or by private cargo services ( DHL, FEDEX etc) as instructed by the customer. The goods will be duly approved by the customs INDIA before shipping.
If for some reason the shipping to a specific country is suspended by the Government the goods will be dispatched after the suspension is lifted. The costumer is responsible for approval of customs of their respective country.

Refund Policy

Firstly, we strongly recommend checking the delivered items thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you found the issue with delivered items afterwards, get in touch with our customer support team immediately. Please note that not all requests are responded positively. Whenever a customer lodges a complaint, the lodged complaint is investigated and a decision is made in accordance with the following components of the return policy. If during the investigation, Lancer discovers any sort of illegitimate or fraudulent attempt, we reserve every right to take the complainant in court of law.
If the lodged complaint comes out be genuine and in compliance with the terms of policy, we will be happy to compensate you in either the form of a refund or replacement of the product. It is important to note that a complainant only holds the right of lodging a complaint in seven days of delivery. If the complaint is lodged after seven days of delivery, it will not be addressed, even if the issue is genuine and delivery was flawed. Lancer will not be held responsible or would be liable for the products seized by the customs of the costumer’s country. As for the products lost in shipping Lancer would Re-ship the same order after verifying the same.
